Yes.  We offer convenient online rental available 24-Hours per day 7-days per week.


·        Can I rent a unit any day of the month?


Yes.  Albright Storage Company's online rentals will automatically pro-rate your first month's rent.


·        Can I pay my bill online at any time?


Yes. We offer convenient online bill pay available 24-hours per day 7-days per week.


·        Do I need to provide a lock when I rent a unit?


Customers may provide their own locks.  However, we offer locks in our central office for $6.99/each that may be placed on your unit.  Should you lose the key to your lock, we offer a service to cut the lock for $25.00/unit.


·        What is the difference between Exterior/Outdoor Units and Interior Units?


An exterior/outdoor unit is most often a drive-up storage unit located on the ground level of a facility that gives you the ability to load your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck. An indoor/interior storage unit is within a building that requires you to go inside to access your unit.


·        What day will my rent be due?


All of our rents are due on or before the 1st day of the month.


·        Do I need to commit to a long-term stay?


No. Our units are on a month-to-month basis, meaning we prorate the current month and you will be billed on the 1st of the following month. Your rental with us can be as long or as short as you need it to be.


·        What is a storage unit with drive-up access?


A drive-up storage unit is an outside space located on the first floor of a facility that gives you the ability to load and unload your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck.


·        Do you provide outdoor parking for RV, Boat, or Car storage?


We do offer outdoor parking spaces for rent. We also provide covered and gated units that you may store your RV, Boat, or Car in and keep them out of the weather. Please speak with one of our friendly staff for more information.


·        What are the payment terms?


Albright Storage Company wants to make your payment process as easy as possible. We offer the convenience of Recurring Billing, which will automatically charge your Mastercard®, Discover®, Visa®, or American Express®.


·        Does Albright Storage Company accept Credit Cards and Online Bill Pay?


We accept several major credit cards, including MasterCard®, Discover®, Visa®, or American Express®. We offer the convenience of online bill pay 24/7.


·        Can I pay month-to-month?


Yes. Our rental agreements are month-to-month.


·        How many days notice do I need to give before I move-out?


We would like a phone call 48-72 hours before you will be vacating your unit. We do not prorate the last month. Please contact our friendly staff for more details.
